'Seven Stories Into Eight' was the first cassette album IQ released in 1982. Recorded on a Tascam Portastudio 4 track machine the results were a bit rough and ready, but served the purpose of getting the music out to anyone who would listen.

This 'Seven Stories Into 98' album is a re-recording of that album (in 1998 strangely enough) where the band were able to 'spruce up' the tracks a bit and generally give the album the sound it always should have had. They also decided to add 'Eloko Bella Neechi', a track from the early days of The Lens that was still played by IQ in their formative years.

This digital edition also includes the eight bonus tracks of the original cassette recordings.

I am not new to Galahad but have lost touch with them after Beyond The Realms of Euphoria album,which still is my favorite release. But this release is just as good if not better. Galahad is one of the top prog acts around. A pleasure to add this to my musical collection. lloydd
